47. Julian Hay [the DIY project] January 2013 Edition
Presenting the first installment of the DIY project 2013…’Building Castles’ by Julian Hay
This is a pretty ambitious but clever project, through which Julian aims to produce and present one musical (or music related) finished release every month. That’s a very open ended brief – this could be in the form of a movie, a song, an mp3 download, or a live performance… we can only guess. Here is the January edition. Enjoy!
“Thanks to the epic team who pulled this together — particularly Danny Leslie for producing/mastering + {Oh Ben!} for editing the epic video.
And of course a monumental thanks to YOU for supporting the DIY project! If you like what you hear then spread the word, and if you’re keen to get involved I’d love to hear from you.
The next song will be up on 28th Feb right here so make sure you Watch it . Like it . Share it!”

Wellington
28th of November 2012
The Hobbit – An Unexpected Journey World Premiere
Like all of New Zealand caught in the buzz of the new Peter Jackson movie launch, I impulsively took a flight to Wellington where the world premiere was being held. From Wellington airport to Courtney Place, here are some of the photos that we managed to get.
41. MOORHOUSE covers As Long As You Love Me (Justin Bieber)
Another cover from MOORHOUSE and this time they have taken on the mighty Bieber (opinions may vary) with his new single ‘As Long As You Love Me’. We reckon its a pretty crazy arrangement and vocal works.
Nice work boys.
40. MOORHOUSE covers Titanium by Sia and David Guetta
Moorhouse is a group from Christchurch New Zealand.
And this is what’s trending on YouTube. Great stuff boys.

36. EVE (Short Film)
Eve is Confectionary Aisle’s submission to the V48 Hours Film Festival New Zealand.
We think its a great work of film, considering that the team only had 48 hours from conceptualization, writing, scripting, shooting on location, editing, putting the audio together and then, last but not the least, rendering the final video! Phew.
Watch it. (Go to video link to see full credits)
